Leading Innovation is not about getting people to follow you into the future, it is about getting people to co-create it with you — Linda A. Hill, Harvard Business School

In the famous book The Wisdom of Crowds: Why the Many Are Smarter Than the Few and How Collective Wisdom Shapes Business, Economies, Societies, and Nations, published in 2004, James Surowiecki, puts forth a very valid point. He argues that the decisions resulting from the aggregation of information in groups are often better than could have been made by any single member of the group.

User value is at the core of whatever we develop at ColorOS. We at OPPO respect the experience and perspective of our user community. On a personal note, I have always enjoyed direct interactions with our users; and it has, in turn, inspired us to innovate and come up with features that have added immense value to our products.

OPPO is organising a co-creation activity with our users. This collaboration can be an excellent way to discover what our user community wants and how to implement it in our products. Co-creation can lead to some significant innovations, and we look forward to hearing from our users. Here is the link to participate and win some exciting prizes.

I cannot wait to see what our team of developers, designers, and Product Managers can create next with our users.
